Dr Farah Fauzi is a senior lecturer at the Center for Community Health, Faculty of Health Sciences, UKM. She completed her first degree in Biomedical Science (UKM) followed by a Masters in Sports Science (USM). Dr. Farah then pursued her PhD studies at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, investigating the impact of exercise on lipid and glucose metabolism in the overweight/obese in response to feeding. Her current research interest focuses on exercise and cardiometabolic health, sleep and women's health. Alongside her scholarly pursuits, she finds joy in science communication projects, yoga practice and hiking.
